I have extensive editing experience. I have:

edited technical documents
mentored and supervised other writers
edited content for educational software programs: ESL for children; ESL for adults; math, science, and history for elementary-school children; math and economics for high-school students

I currently teach the “Revising and Editing for Usability” course in the Technical Communication graduate certificate program at Seneca College.

I am a versatile technical writer. I have experience in financial services, software development, and educational software.

I have been a vital resource for companies such as BMO Capital Markets, Mercury Interactive (now HP Enterprise), Platform Computing (now an IBM company), Workbrain (now Infor), and Lionbridge.

I am a quick learner and a diligent worker. I build strong professional relationships so I can produce quality documentation on time and with a positive attitude.

I am an educator. I teach the next generation of technical writers in Seneca College’s Technical Communication graduate certificate program.

I am a leader. I have been a team leader and a manager of technical-writing teams. I have held leadership roles in the Israel and Toronto chapters of the STC (Society for Technical Communication). I have been a mentor to new technical writers.
